For the first time, on four out of five trade fair days of wire & Tube, guided tours will be offered to visit exhibitors whose factory halls take sustainability into special consideration. They produce energy efficiently, have set themselves high environmental standards, and all share the same aim: to reduce emissions to bring about a speedy energy transition. 21 to 24 June (Tuesday to Friday) will see various tours, the so-called ecoMetal Trails, departing from Nord entrance at 10.00 am and 2.00 pm. The wire Trails guide participants to netzwerkDraht, Rosendahl Nextrom, swiss steel holding GmbH, Aurubis and ArcelorMittal and start on Tuesday and Thursday at 10.00 am and on Wednesday and Friday at 2.00 pm. The Tube Trails are organised on Wednesday and Friday at 10.00 am and on Thursdays at 2.00 pm, taking visitors to SMS, Ampco, Klöckner and netzwerkDraht. The trails are free for all interested visitors. Anyone opting to join spontaneously on the day is also welcome without registration. The meeting point for all trails is the ecoMetals information stand at the Nord entrance of the Düsseldorf fairgrounds.
